Terms of use for Zylos Ink Parlor

Agreeing to these terms

• These terms are an agreement between you and Zylos TechSolutions LLP (“we”, “us”), the publisher of Zylos Ink Parlor (package com.zylos.inkparlor). By downloading or using the game, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
• How we handle your information is explained in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
• If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
• Getting the game from Google Play or the App Store is also governed by that store's terms. If those terms and ours conflict about the store itself (downloads, payments, refunds), the store's terms apply.

Using the game

• We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.
• The game is free to download. It shows ads (see below) and may offer optional features or purchases; we will always show the price before you pay.
• You may not: copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game; decompile, reverse-engineer or modify it except where the law allows this despite this restriction; remove notices; get around its ads, limits or security; use bots or automation against it; or use it to break the law or harm others.

Coins, rewards and progress

• Coins, stars, unlocked items, streaks and other in-game rewards are part of the game. They have no cash value, can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and are not personal property.
• We may rebalance the game, for example change prices of items in coins, rewards, levels or daily bonuses, to keep it fair and fun.
• Progress is stored on your device. Without a Zylos account and backup it can be lost if you uninstall the game, clear its data or change phones.
• Please don't use cheats, modified versions of the game or tricks that get rewards without playing or watching an ad as intended. We may reset rewards obtained that way.

Your Zylos account (optional)

• Signing in is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity on your account. Tell us at support@zylostechsolutions.com if you think someone else is using it.
• A guest account exists only on your device until you link it; if you sign out of it or lose the device, it can't be recovered.
• You can delete your account and backups at any time: Settings → Account → Delete account removes your sign-in, your profile and every Zylos backup at once. You can also ask for deletion on the web at games.zylostechsolutions.com/delete-account.
• We may suspend or delete an account that is used to break these terms or the law, or that puts other people or the service at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you first.

Your content and data

• What you create or keep in the game stays yours. If you turn on cloud backup, you give us only the permission we need to store it for you and restore it to your devices, as described in the privacy policy.
• You are responsible for having the right to use any files, photos or other content you open, edit or share with the game.

Other companies' services and trademarks

• The game uses services from other companies, such as Google (Firebase, Google Play, AdMob) and the ad networks listed in the privacy policy. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
• Links and ads in the game can lead to other websites, apps and offers. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them; check their terms before you buy or sign up.
• Names of other companies' products mentioned in the game or its store listing are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe what the game works with.

Ads

• The game is free because it shows ads. Ads are provided by Google AdMob and the networks that bid through it; we don't choose individual ads and don't endorse the products advertised.
• Rewarded ads are always your choice: you get the reward only after the ad has played as intended, and if an ad fails to load or finish, no reward is given. Your ad privacy choices are explained in the privacy policy.

Our rights

• The game, its design, artwork, text, sounds and code, and the Zylos name and logo, belong to us or our licensors. These terms don't give you any rights to them apart from the licence above.
• The game includes open-source software, which is licensed to you under its own licence terms; those terms apply to that software.
• If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve the game without owing you anything.

Updates and availability

• We may update the game, add, change or remove features, and change settings such as how often ads appear (within the limits in the privacy policy). Some updates may be needed to keep using it.
• We may stop offering the game. If we do, we will try to give notice in the game or on its store page, and you can still delete your account and backups.
• The game may not work on every device, Android version or network, and may be unavailable from time to time.

No guarantees

We work hard to make Zylos Ink Parlor useful and reliable, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don't promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device or suitable for a particular purpose, and we don't guarantee that data stored on your device or in a backup will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that can't be excluded by contract.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of the game or your inability to use it. Our total liability for any claim about the game is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 (or its equivalent), whichever is greater.

These limits don't apply to liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Ending these terms

• You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it, and delete your account as described above.
• If you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, we may end your licence to use the game and suspend or delete your account.
• The sections on our rights, no guarantees, limits on liability and governing law continue to apply after these terms end.

Governing law and disputes

• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over disputes about them.
• If you live in a country whose consumer laws give you the right to bring a claim in your local courts or under your local law, you keep that right.
• Before going to court, please contact us at support@zylostechsolutions.com; most problems can be solved quickly by email.

Changes to these terms

• We may update these terms, for example when the game gets new features or the law changes. We will update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes we will also tell you in the game or its release notes before they take effect.
• If you keep using the game after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply. If you don't agree, stop using the game and delete your account.
• If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.

If you use the iPhone or iPad version

• These terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the app and its content, its maintenance and support, and any claims about it (including product liability, legal or regulatory claims and intellectual-property claims).
• If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you can tell Apple, and Apple may refund the price you paid, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.
• You confirm that you are not in a country under a US government embargo or on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• You must also follow the terms of any third-party services you use with the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
